Role and Responsibilities
· Demonstrates passion for people, ice cream, and the brand.
· Initiates the service cycle without the supervision of a coach.
· Demonstrates the ability to execute the proper service cycle with customers.
· Reflects Core Values in daily performance.
· Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm on every shift during all sales volume levels.
· Demonstrates the ability to perform all register functions related to ringing in sales, refunds, voids, etc.
· Demonstrate the ability to communicate easily with customers including: suggestively selling and answering customer questions.
· Demonstrates and practices food safety by properly dating and rotating all products.
· Demonstrates basic mechanics of using the nitro machine: follows proper steps, procedures, and correct portions of ice cream and mix ins
· Demonstrates the ability to properly open and close the store using all store checklists under the supervision of a coach.
· Demonstrates the ability to make specialty items and waffle products to standard using procedure cards.
· Demonstrates the ability to use the job aids to make shakes and coffees accurately.
· Knows the location of the MSDS and First Aid Kit.
· Demonstrates eagerness to learn and get involved in the success of the store on every shift by asking questions, using time wisely, and assisting when there is an opportunity without being asked.
· Demonstrates professional behavior and a positive attitude with fellow crew, training coaches, managers, owners, and customers.
· Follows direction and properly completes tasks given by shift leaders and management.
· Consistently reliable and always on time for shifts.
