AED4,000 – AED5,000 a month
Provides administration support to the Jpd team.
Functional Responsibilities
1 Face of the Company
· Answer the phone in a professional manner, taking messages and transferring the call when needed
· Is the first point of contact to anyone calling or visiting Jpd
2 Data input
· Input data into Word/Excel for Marketing/PR team
· Up date Timesheet spread sheets to CL
3 Secretarial duties
· Take transcripts from interviews
· Client accounts departments follow ups
· Managing meeting calendars (managing the cave meeting times)
· Filing business cards (creating data base)
· Travel management (taxi booking for meetings etc.)
· Expenses tracking
4 Administration duties
· Checking Company PO box weekly
· Call and manage deliveries (Cheques, Print, PR Publications etc.,)
· Make sure office is up-to-date with supplies (Water, Coffee, Milk, Paper etc.)
· Picking up magazines from publishing houses

Authority Levels
Operates within general and well-established instructions and routines. Closely supervised. Given immediate feedback on performance.
Educational Qualifications
College educated / Degree educated
Number of years of experience
2 – 5+ years
Technical Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent spoken and written English
