We are looking for an ACTIVE lady to handle our office work and do all the necessary office works. Someone that can manage office day to day needs and help management team on their works.
Manage the receipt and handling of all sales inquiries:
· Answering calls and call customers for follow up.
· Daily office tasks including printing, scanning, making PDF, Powerpoints, presentations and reports.
· Writing meeting minutes and do follow up.
· Working with our customer panel and being able to explain to customers.
· Doing office task outside like office shopping.
Hosting manager and guests with refreshment and take care of overall cleanness of company.
Arranging for office cleaning on weekly basis.
· Monitor employee’s attendance.
· Opening and closing office door.
· Hosting and greeting office guests and providing refreshments to them.
· Assisting management in data entry and reporting in panels.
· Follow up with assigned tasks to employees.
· Setting meetings for management with clients.
· Research on internet as per management request for new clients and do the cold introduction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month
Experience: receptionist/secretary: 3 years (Required)
Language: english (Required) arabic (Preferred)
