We are looking for honest, hardworking and well organised, highly motivated office administrator to perform a range of day to day office, social media marketing and basic accounting tasks.
1) Search on google to find new leads and communicate with them for our range of products (Our customers are not only in GCC but in European countries as well).
2) Coordinate office activities and operations, communicating with courier companies and other logistics.
3) Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
4) Capable of dong social media marketing and sales for our popular product already selling well in UAE.
5) Handling our online sales on amazon, noon and other platforms.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2) Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, any additional skills such as Autocad, Photoshop will be a great advantage.
3) Ability to maintain confidentiality accordingly
5) Excellent attention to detail
6) Strong organisational skills
7) Customer service orientation
8) Accountable and responsible
Basic Salary: 2500-3000 per month
Commission on Sales: Approx 500-1000 per month
Bonus on Target achievement
Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage.
