We are urgently hiring for a Customer Relation Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Managing customer queries on call, email or Social Media.
Educating customers regarding features of the product.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handling returns and complaints smoothly.
Take regular feedback from the customers.

Salary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
Experience: sales: 1 year (Preferred) customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
