· Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
· Take Tea and coffee orders
· Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
· Making sure tables are clean and tidy
· Gather information from lead server/manager
· Stock server station
· Take care of your guests and other waiter’s guests when needed
· Ability to do small administrational tasks
