Immediate Hiring: IT Support Engineer
The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience with the below mentioned skills:
• Proven work experience with Manage Engine Tools (Monitoring, ESM, Service Desk, Desktop Central)
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, Office Applications, Outlook, O365, O365 Email admin Center
• Knowledge of network security practices, end point technologies and anti-virus programs
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Basic Knowledge of IP PBX and servers installation is required
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, OS installation/Re-Imaging via network boot and USB
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Industry: Information Technology & Services Computer Software Management Consulting
• Location: Dubai-UAE
