RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY
Should have at least 2- 3 years of Receptionist cum Secretary from Construction, Industry.
• Must have excellent Proficiency in MS Office, with time management and multitasking abilities.
• A diploma or degree from a recognized college or university.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Females only.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.
• Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.

• organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Prepare Invoice, request for Quotations, Handling payments. Job Type / Category Full Time Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
