ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– To provide customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service.
– Responsible for informing customers of daily specials.
– To efficiently take customer orders ensuring clarity and accuracy.
– To explain menus items, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
– Preparing itemized checks and accept payments as and when required.
– To serve food and beverages accurately as per customers order.
– Preparing and serving specialty foods at patrons tables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Having deep product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages.
– Excellent customer care service skills.
