Job Summary: Looking for an Office Staff in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
– Organize and share communications in a timely manner
– Maintain office equipment as required
– Prepare and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
– Maintain documents and word processing
– Make sure the office is clean and in a good condition at all times
– Handle internal and external mall delivery
– Conduct any other duties that may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience
– The ideal candidate should possess a high school Diploma
– At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
– Must have a warm personality with strong communication skills
– Good knowledge of office equipment
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Strong knowledge of office management procedures
– Basic computer application knowledge required
