Support Consultant

* Support Consultant – FIS Front Arena
Job Purpose:
– Provide effective functional and technical support for Front Arena application for Front, Middle and Back office users.
– Service Level Agreements with strict adherence to IT & Business guidelines and compliance requirements.
– Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution
– At least 3 -6 years of supporting Treasury application preferably FIS- Front Arena
Specialist skills required for the job:
– Good Functional knowledge of Banking concepts
– Must have a Basic understanding of Treasury business and Workflow

– Must have strong experience in FIS Front Arena application L1/L2 support
– Hands-on experience with AEL, ACM, ADFL, Reporting customizations and Adaptive Documentation is preferred
– Should be well versed in SQL and Python coding.
– Good interpersonal skills.
Qualification :
– Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science
