– Creates a positive environment for customers and co-employee.
– Approach customer in a courteous manner.
– Responsive to all customers complains and queries.
– Create and maintain good relationship to customers.
– Attend to customers’ requests.
– Ensure customers’ satisfaction with service and drinks.
– Interacted with Customers on a daily basis.
– Maintain the shop cleanliness standards set by the company and DM.
– Prepare drink in a very efficient and timely manner
– Take initiative on looking other tasks in the operation.
