Job Summary: Looking for an Office Support Staff in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
– Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as may be required
– Assist in sharing office information or communication
– Will be required to clean and organize the office including the places around it
– Provide assistance in faxing, scanning and photocopying documents in the office
– Monitor and make orders for office supplies
– Prepare tea or coffee for staff members when necessary
– The incumbent will perform all the above duties including some other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience
– Should be educated with a minimum of high school Diploma
– Ideal candidates must demonstrate experience working as office support staff, office assistant, office boy or similar position
– Suitable candidates must be male
– Must have some computer skills with the ability to work with office equipment
– Should be able to handle electronic files and papers
– Must be proactive, hardworking and able to handle fast paced environments
