EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
– Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Must be familiar with design office procedures, and possess expert typing and word processing (MS Word for Windows) skills and have other – computer skills, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
– Can maintain a positive and courteous attitude
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
– Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
– Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
– File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
– Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month
Experience: ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY OR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES: 1 year (Preferred) receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
