We are looking for a Office Administrator with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
– Receiving customer inquiry via calls and Email. Preparing sales quotation/ sales incoice accordingly.
– Handling tally and reconciliation of shop sleas.
– Assisting manger for other relevent things sucn as coodination with PRO agent and shipment follow up.
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
– Any candidate who doesn’t meet the prior 3 requirements shall not be considered.
– Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
– Candidate who has finance background/experience will be highly perferrated.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
