Job Description
1.Serve the Company’s/guests with quality F&B prepared according to established standards.
2.Assist other staff in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock, make sure that the same is in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and display or store them.
3.Ensure that the service station, outlet, area is kept clean and tidy at all times and that crockery and cutlery items are clean and arranged in order as per the standard defined procedure.
4.Prepare and close the outlet according to standard opening and closing procedures.
5.Comply with and practice the company’s established Hygiene Policy and Procedures especially in food and equipment’ handling and ensure that the environment is clean and organized at all times.

6.Attend to Company complaints satisfactorily or seek the assistance of Supervisor when not in the position to provide solution to the problem and inform the Supervisor on duty at all times.
7.Job timings: Availability on a 24/7 basis for a ten (10) hour shift plus 1hour lunch break.
Knowledge, Skills Experience and Competencies:
Nationality: Any
– Highest level of education attained, Diploma in Hospitality.
– Minimum 1 year experience in a 4 Star or 5 Star hotel as waiter staff.
– Willingness to do the work and to stand long period of time
– Able to work unsupervised, able to follow instructions.
– Should be good in English communication
