Office Helper

Shipping company looking for an Office Helper – Temporary post
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:
• Office Premises Maintenance
• Data Entry
• Provide assistance to office staff
• Answering phone calls
• Document Filing
Other Responsibility:
• Maintain general cleanliness in the office including office equipment, kitchen/pantry and furniture.
• Perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests
• Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toiletries at all times (i.e. water, soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.).
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:
• High school graduate with office skills.
• Candidate with experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant. (Preferable).
• Organized, clean and neat. Respectful and courteous. Good verbal communication skills.
• Experience in clerical activities is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have own visa and must be currently available in the UAE
