we are looking for an Female Arabic Receptionist who can speak English and Arabic fluently .
Handling the front office – managing patients in a friendly manner and directing them appropriately.
Screen Incoming calls and update and manage the appointments.
Prepare responses to routine enquiries.
Read and analyse incoming materials, submissions, courier in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
Perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective office management of the clinic.
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of Office Administration & Reception experience in the UAE.
Ability to multitask.
Flexible to work in shifts and 6 days a week
Proficient in MS Office , MS Excel.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic is a must .
