Personal Assistant


We are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant reporting to the Partner/ Manager
Job requirements:
• Skillful at creating reports, documents, sending emails on behalf of Partner/ Manager
• Individual must be a quick learner, good at memorizing, grasps tasks easily, trustworthy, flexible, and hardworking
• Willing to learn and excel in different duties and roles
• The candidate should have excellent control on the English Language (Oral and Written)
• Female 25- 35 years old
Job description:
• Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings, conferences, teleconferences
• Perform as a liaison between the Partner/Manager and staff
• Manage the Partner/ Manager calendar and appointment scheduling

• Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
• Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Organizing the Partner/ Manager personal commitments
• Other duties as assigned by direct manager/ Executive
• Conducting legal research on behalf of the manager.
Experience:
• personal assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
