Responsibilities:
* Arranges viewing for apartments on behalf of the owner side.
* Arrange check in and check out for guests.
* Ensures that the apartment is ready for check in to avoid future inconvenience.
* Ensures the a smooth coordination of schedules between the concierge, cleaning and maintenance team.
* Keen with details
* Request for security deposits for before scheduled date of client check out.
* Receives client complains and coordinates with the maintenance team.
* Keeps records and create daily reports.
* Very flexible with the shift timings
