We are rapidly growing in the UAE and expanding in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description
This role will entail 3 main responsibilities:
Email Management – Handle all incoming inquiries and requests via email, and respond in a timely manner.
Corresponding with Operations team – To liaise with customers regarding any issues with their order – i.e. items not available, missing details, shipment status and other details.
Social Media – Handle customer enquiries via Whatsapp and other social media channels and respond in a timely manner.
Strong verbal and communication skills
– Positive and friendly attitude
– Structured, organized and fast-worker
– Sense of responsibility and ownership – someone who enjoying taking own initiative and can work independently
– High energy – someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Fast learner who is interested in learning new skills
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office
– Prior work experience as a customer service agent is required
– Previous experience in e-commerce, start-up or fast-paced environment is highly desired
