We are leading stationery manufacturer and exporter since 1997 from UAE require Female Office Assistant.
Job Duties:
Good communication skills in English and command on drafting emails to overseas customers, Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls, Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents, Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents, Edits documents for accuracy, Prepare samples for Customers, Maintains accurate records and enters data, Assists with organizing events when necessary, Conducts research and compiles data, Interacts with management when necessary, Assists in setting up new client accounts maintains financial database records, Covers reception upon occasions, Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary. Answers customer questions and confirms customer orders.

Office Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a related field preferred; Self-driven
– Excellent customer care skills; Exceptional communication skills
– Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
– Attention to details
– Professional appearance
– Excellent typing skills
– Strong problem solving skills
