Do back-up preparation for daily consumption.
Estimates stock needs, inventory and other supplies from the suppliers.
Report any operational risks or issues to the Kitchen Manager.
Prepare, cook and present food quickly and make sure that it’s within the standard procedure set by the restaurant.
Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement
– Minimum two (2) year in food services or pizzeria experience
– Educational Qualification and Skills
– Required High School/Secondary School
– Good communication skills (preferably English)
– Ability to work independently and Multitask
– Time Management skill
– A good listener and attentive to details
