Role Descriptions:
The play area attendant supports positive relationships with children and their families ensuring that the high quality care the organization offers is well promoted. To work as an active member of the play area team, to foster an environment that encourages the children’s development.
Mandatory Requirements:
– At least one years experience of kids play area/kids entertainment/child care in Dubai
– Must have a Bachelors degree
– Preferably a female candidate of any nationality
– Excellent communication skills in English language is a MUST (Arabic language is a plus!)
– Courteous and an active team player
– Energetic, happy and positive personality
– Ability to perform in kids events such as dancing, singing, puppet shows, face painting, balloon bending and others (would be a great advantage)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Lead the team in the branch and maintain the schedules
– Face and interact with customers
– Maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the whole play area
– Supervise, interact and communicate with kids while inside the play area
– Responsible in the safety of every kids inside the play area
– Create new ideas & designs for arts & craft and other activities
– Supervise hosting birthday parties or assist birthday party host
– Help in promoting any upcoming events and activities
– Attends to the client’s queries, requests and complains
– Addressing complaints and feedback to the management
– Exhibit positive attitude to both clients and co-workers
