We are looking to hire an admin assistance.
Your work area and responsibilities will Include:
– To handle the Reception desk;
– Keeping diaries and arranging appointments;
– Internal and external correspondence handling;
– Dealing with telephone and email inquiries;
– Creating and maintaining filing systems;
– To handle day to day matters related to office;
– Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;
– Organizing travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts.
– Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
– Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
– Using variety of software packages, such as MS Word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, etc. To produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

– Maintaining proper record of company’s assets such as Vehicles, Phones, SIM card, Computer, etc. And processing registration/ renewal if needed;
– Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves;
– Prepare paperwork for Human Resources policies and procedures;
– Process employees requests and provide relevant information;
– Arranging in-house or external events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred) administrative assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
