• Protect and positively promote the culture of Jamie’s Italian, both internally and to all guests/external contacts
• Oversee management trials and procedures when required to company procedure.
• Demonstrate the Jamie’s Italian ideal by ensuring the restaurant set up, running and close down consistently meets the required high standards
• Ensure kitchen hygiene meets Jamie’s Italian standards and the requirements
• Well-spoken English speaking with high level of customer service and selling skills.
