Job Responsibilities: 
– Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors.
– In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
– Resolves supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
– Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices.
– Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater high delivery and short lead time requirements.
– Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education & Job Requirements:
– Any Bachelor’s Graduate/Master’s Degree
– Min 2-5 years of work experience in the same role and field.
– Must have experience in sourcing from Building materials, Wood & Sanitary.
– Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
– Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access)
– Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
