Position: Office Girl Receptionist

We are looking for office girl that can also do reception work.
– Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
– Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
– Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
– Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
– Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
– Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
– Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.

Requirements
– Good English speaking
– Good communication
– Must be computer literate.
– Knowledgeable to use Gmail and Microsoft Office Application.
– Must be good at answering phones
– Be able to welcome guests
– Make beverages for staff and guests
– Know how to photocopy/scan documents
– Help out with basic admin work
– Maintain the office cleanliness
– With at least 2 yrs work experience for same designation
– Filipina Only
