AED3,000 – AED3,500 a month
· Count, score and document route and transport vehicle loads during check in and check out transactions using the official loading forms.
· Sign the loading form, delivery receipt and receive reports.
· Compile source of documents and prepares summary of shipments, receipt and other transaction pertaining to the finished products.
· Perform daily Truck physical count to ensure the verification of the full products.
· Check and investigate shortage incurred in the inventory
· Conduct an independent counting during load in and loud out transaction along with the one conducted by the security guard
· Compare the final scores (checker and guard). In case of discrepancy, recount shall be counted and close by affixing both of their signatures in the official loading forms.
· Perform recount in case of variance or shortage
· Give instructions to F/L operators, helpers based on their Job assignments, control the vehicle movement in the yard, and look into the loading priorities based on the First Expiry First Out (FEFO) basis
· Prepare summary of first, second load out by products and by package size for cashier verification purposes
