Customer Service Executive

AED2,500 – AED3,000 a month
– Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
– Track and update delivery status in the system while keeping the customer informed.
– Make outbound calls to customers and explain delivery schedule and processes.
– Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
– Update all required information in the customer service database
– Keep up-to-date knowledge of company policies, processes, systems, contact details and product features.
– Identify and escalate issues to operations supervisor in a timely manner
– Keep record of all the calls and provide analyses to the supervisor on regular basis.
– Seizes opportunities to upsell services whenever possible.
– Organizes customer information & account data for business planning & customer service purposes
