As the front liner of the company, you will be expected to project and perform a professional and courteous impression to our clients by efficiently attending to all concerns.
Your task includes office activities, including reception, mail, and supplies and sample requests, and to promote good office communications at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service – Manage and screen all telephone calls of both internal and external calls from clients, suppliers & liaise with the concerned person
Guest Relations – Responsible for facilitating good reception and accommodation to all clients and employees ensuring that their needs are always met in a timely manner.
Coordination – Handles internal and external routing of documents and controls the cost in an effective manner.
Supply Management – Responsible to control, monitor, requisition, and issuance of office stationery and pantry supplies.
