Required duties and responsibilities:
– Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
– Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
– Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
– Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels – and maintain inventory control.
– Prepare Stock report and other related reports
– Reasonable duties are given by the manager from time to time.
Requirements:
– Must have knowledge about Inventory software (any)
– Knowledge of proper bookkeeping.
– Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
– Ability to make mathematical computations
– Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
– Skills to operate common simple office equipment
– Maximum of a high school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in storekeeping and recordkeeping
– Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 12 kg, and occasionally up to 25 kg.
