– Carry out office administration and clerical duties.
– Handle and transfer calls.
– Take messages and communicate to the appropriate person.
– Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office.
– Handle the visitor’s questions professionally.
– Sort/distribute incoming mails.
– Draft, check and proofread office documents.
– Order and stock office supplies when needed.
– Assist Hr manager for day to day activities.
