Key duties
– Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
– Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing if necessary.
– Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
– Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
– Maintaining supply inventory.
– Maintaining office equipment as needed.
– Aiding with client reception as needed.
– Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
– Keep the facility completely clean at all times.
– Check facilities as well as equipment and inform the relevant staff about repairs required.
– Conduct any other related tasks as may be required.
– Should at least be a high school graduate.
– At least 1 or more years of experience in the same or similar position.
– Must be a good time manager and highly organised.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Should be hardworking, organised, and presentable candidates on visit visa can apply.
– Applicants from Kizad Area is highly preferred.
– The contract will be for 3 months.
For candidates under sponsor-visa salary is negotiable.
