– Need office assistant female who can fulfill following tasks
– Handling of invoices from vendors as well as customers on a daily basis. Posted adjusting entries to accounts payable and accounts receivable files on computerized accounting – databases QuickBooks. Received and deposited cash and check payments as well as reconciled records and bank transactions.
– Follow up for payments handling and preparing expense reports and petty cash posting entries of payable and receivables.
– Handling payroll and salary through wps.
– Attending phone call and transferring to particular department.
– Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations,
– Setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
– Maintain office supplies for department

– Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning,
– Faxing and copying to management
– Perform data entry and scan documents
Salary: AED2,500.00 – 3,000 per month
