Office Assistant (Female)
AED3,000 – AED4,000 a month
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Recording Inquiries from customers and Contact customer for Sales inquiries.
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating of daily activities.
Qualifications for Office Assistant:
1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
2. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
4. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
5. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
