Office Secretary – Female
AED2,500 – AED3,000 a month
– Answer phone calls
– Maintain Calendar and Plan Meetings
– Handle both mails and emails
– Prepare, edit and update office documents
– Maintain Databases and Filing Systems
– Maintain inventory
– Extensive secretarial and clerical work experience.
– Good oral and written communication skills is a must.
– Expertise in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
– Good understanding of office practices and methods.
– Solid understanding of filing systems.
– All other related tasks.
