Successful and dynamic Real Estate Brokerage Company is looking for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and other front-desk responsibilities.
– Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
– Offers coffee/tea/water to the visitors
– Notifies company staff of visitor arrival
– Maintains telephone systems and takes messages to redirect them to the concerned recipient in a timely manner
– Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
– Maintaining the general office filing system, both online and offline
– Operating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.
– Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
– Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs

Qualifications and requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar position
– Self-motivated, proactive and organized
– Familiarity with phone systems
– Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Currently available for an interview in Dubai
