Salary: 4000 AED
Duty Timings: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Work Location: Dubai
Duration: Agent for 3 months, extendable
– Should be under sponsorship Visa
– Receive calls on the switchboard, as per client’s guidelines to provide superior services to callers
– Answer basic general queries
– Transfer calls to the concerned staff / departments as per client’s guidelines to ensure smooth communication between callers and the Division
– Answer all calls within the predetermined time
– Capture accurately all call details
– Assign correct priorities to all logged enquiries

– Assign correct categories to all logged enquiries
– Continuously monitor progress of all logged calls
– Follow up with different departments where necessary
– Liaise with the Team Leader / Assistant Manager to resolve difficult customer relations issues
– Provide feedback to callers on the status
– Log all calls accurately on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Salesforce / Yardi) to include details of caller, Request, location, category and assignment of task.
– Complete and print all job cards and deliver to service provider
– Maintain accurate and up to date data
– Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and produce reports
