Full Job Description:
– Responsible of phone calls
– Making quotations, proforma invoice and customer order on the system
– To follow up the customer LPO and take management approval for difference of price
– To make weekly report to close quotations and proforma invoice
– To keep shipment tracking for all upcoming orders

– Maintain proper files of documents
– Responsible for fsc audit to get the clean report
– Other adhoc task as required by management
– To be able to work under pressure

License/Certification: Driving license (Preferred)
