Full Job Description:
– Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer’s expectations.
– Guarantying the quality of service
– Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally
– Organizing the welcoming of guests
– Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale
– Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
– Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedures
– Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
– Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) Arabic speaker, Russian speaker.
– Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
– Excellent presentation and elocution
– Mastering techniques of sales and service
