Office Girl/Assistant
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
– Regularly clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas. Ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.
– Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials. Restock supplies as needed to ensure their availability.
– Assist with various tasks as assigned by office staff, such as photocopying documents, running errands and performing minor administrative duties.
– Welcome visitors and guests, provide them with necessary information, serve beverages and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
– Waste Disposal
– Collect and properly dispose of general waste materials.
Requirements:
– 2-3 years UAE experience
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Good communication skills.
– Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
– Basic organizational and time management skills.
– Based in Dubai and can join immediately
