Admin Office / Account Staff
Location: Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai
Salary range: To be disclose upon interview.
– At least 1 year experience in similar area with good communication skills.
– Candidates with accounts experience will be considered.
– Preferred Filipino (Lady)
– Excellent command of computer applications; MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel
– To provide the support in account and project team of the day to day transactions.
– Prepare quotations/offer, invoices, bills account payable and receivable.
– Encoding accounting entries for data processing.
– Updating paperwork’s, maintaining records/documents of the project.
– Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
– Other ad hoc task as assigned
