To represent the Agency as a front-line customer service liaison between patient/clients & caregivers.
– Assist in managing administrative tasks related to home care services.
– Collaborate with the sales team to maintain client relationships and address inquiries.
– Coordinate scheduling and appointments for clients and caregivers.
– Manage documentation, including client records and sales-related paperwork.
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
– Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Proficient in office software and scheduling tools.
– Sales experience or a willingness to learn and contribute to the sales process.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
– Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
