We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Bar Team Leader (Non-Alcoholic). If you have a flair for creativity, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Leadership: Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Beverage Creation: Develop and innovate a diverse menu of non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality and unique offerings to cater to our diverse clientele.
– Training: Provide training to the bar staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service, ensuring consistency and excellence.
– Inventory Management: Oversee the stock of non-alcoholic ingredients, maintaining optimal levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
– Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service to uphold the reputation of our establishment.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate events, and promotions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a leadership role within a bar or hospitality setting.
– In-depth knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and mixology.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
