Responsibilities:
– Provide on-site support to clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
– Install and configure hardware and software components.
– Set up and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
– Provide remote support as needed, utilizing remote access tools to resolve issues.
– Valid UAE driving license and own a reliable car is mandatory.
– Travel to client sites as required for on-site support.
– Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for effective communication with clients.
