Duties & Responsibilities:
– Coordinating with the Project Team in preparing the following requirements for the upcoming projects/exhibitions/events.
– Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per technicalities.
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
– Preparing documents such as Invoice, Delivery Note, LPO and Quotations.
– Other clerical work assigned as given by your superior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related similar role.
– A minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience in same field is a must.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Knowledgeable in making Invoice, Delivery Note, LPO and Quotation.
– Knowledgeable in preparing Bill of Quantity.
– Proven knowledge in MS Office such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Able to multi-task.
– Be organized and have strong attention to detail.
– Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
– Have excellent communication skills.
– Team Player with positive outlook towards workplace.
